Horrible service at Mango. I did the grand mistake of purchasing online, and some of the things didnt fit properly, so i went back to the shop for a return. Their return policy is the weirdest i’ve ever heard. So esentially shoes are considered accesories, and you cannot exchange or return( if it doesn’t fit you can cut your fingers). And online clothes you cannot return, but just change numbers. Ah also this info was given to me after waiting 20 minutes and 4 staff members doing rotations trying to find a way to not issue the return. The order arrived at 10 am today, and i went to the shop at 14.00. Never buying online again

Sherbim skandaloz, asnjehere korrekte dhe gjithmone me justifikime per dergesat. Duhet te kerkoj une disa here perse eshte vonuar porosia dhe ne fund me thuhet i ka rene postierit nga makina. Qesharake!
