I rented the Golf 7 from June 7th to June 12th and picked it up at Tirana Airport. The service was excellent from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, and the car was in great condition. We rented a car at the airport. The vehicle was provided with an almost empty fuel tank. Unfortunately, we misjudged the situation and filled the tank completely, even though we had to return the car the next day. We asked the company if they could offer any kind of solution or partial compensation for the remaining fuel, but they completely refused and made no attempt to help. Yes, it was partly our mistake as well, but the attitude toward customers was very disappointing. We simply want to warn others: if you receive a car with an almost empty tank, be very careful when refueling, because any remaining fuel will not be compensated.
