Very disappointing experience. I came to this salon to have my previous gel removed and planned to get both my toenails and fingernails done. Unfortunately, after spending more than 2.5 hours just removing the gel and applying a very basic French-style polish on my toes, I completely lost confidence in the service and decided not to have my fingernails done there. The technician clearly struggled throughout the entire appointment. What surprised me the most is that a simple French-style application is a very basic service that should be mastered in any professional nail salon. Despite several staff members being present, nobody stepped in to help or take over, and I was left waiting while the appointment dragged on. The final result was far from professional. The polish application is uneven, the edges are messy, and there was still filing dust left around my nails when the service was finished. After such a long appointment, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I paid 1500 lek for this service and do not feel it was worth the money. I am attaching photos so potential customers can judge the quality for themselves. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this salon.

De nagelstudio zag er netjes en modern uit. Het contact via WhatsApp verliep vriendelijk en soepel, en een afspraak maken was eenvoudig. Toen ik er was, werkten er drie dames in de studio. Alle drie hebben ze meegeholpen aan mijn nagels en dat deden ze professioneel en zorgvuldig. Ze konden ook kleine nailart maken aan de hand van voorbeelden die ik had laten zien, wat erg fijn was. Voor gelnagels betaalde ik 3000 lek, wat ik een zeer goede prijs vind voor de service die ik heb gekregen.
