⭐️ Very disappointing experience -000👎🏻 I came to this office for a translation and simply asked about the price because my husband had contacted them by phone beforehand and was given a different price. When I tried to contact him on WhatsApp to clarify the situation, one of the women at the office started pointing at me with her hand and telling me to leave, even though I was not arguing with her. I calmly told her that I had come respectfully and expected to be treated with the same respect. The situation became very uncomfortable, and eventually the police came after we contacted them. I explained exactly what had happened. There are also cameras inside the office that can clarify what happened. I am sharing only my personal experience and what happened to me. I hope the office will treat clients with more respect and provide clear and consistent information about their prices and services. ⭐️ Përvojë shumë zhgënjyese. Shkova në këtë zyrë për një përkthim dhe thjesht pyeta për çmimin, sepse bashkëshorti im kishte komunikuar më parë me ta në telefon dhe i kishin dhënë një çmim tjetër. Kur u përpoqa ta kontaktoja në WhatsApp për të sqaruar situatën, një nga gratë në zyrë filloi të më bënte me dorë që të largohesha, edhe pse unë nuk po debatoja me të. I thashë me qetësi se kisha ardhur me respekt dhe prisja të trajtohesha me të njëjtin respekt. Situata u bë shumë e pakëndshme dhe më pas erdhi policia pasi e kontaktuam. U shpjegova saktësisht çfarë kishte ndodhur. Në zyrë ka edhe kamera që mund të tregojnë qartë se çfarë ka ndodhur. Po ndaj vetëm përvojën time personale dhe atë që më ndodhi. Shpresoj që në të ardhmen klientët të trajtohen me më shumë respekt dhe që çmimet dhe shërbimet të shpjegohen qartë dhe në mënyrë transparente. Catastrophe catastrophe catastrophe !!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior. I witnessed what happened, and it was shocking. She came there respectfully and was simply trying to clarify the price with her husband. After they gave her a price that was completely different from the one previously given to her husband, the situation became very suspicious. From the way she was treated, it honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of her because she is a foreigner. She was treated with disrespect and made to feel inferior simply because she was asking questions and trying to understand the price. One of the women even started pointing at her and telling her to leave instead of explaining the situation professionally. The police were eventually called and came to the office. If you provide professional services, every client deserves respect, transparency and clear information about prices — regardless of their nationality. Very disappointing experience.

Me duhej te perktheja dhe te noterizoja 2 dokumente te rendesishme. Pasi ia komunikova zyres se noterise se Jonela Hajdarit, duke ia bere te qarte qe me duhet VETEM PERKTHIM DHE NOTERIZIM, te shkruajtur ne leter, mesazh dhe bisede telefonike, zyra e noterise me bashkengjit dhe dokumentin e ‘Vertetim njesie me origjinalin’ te cilen NUK e kisha kerkuar. E vetedijshme per keto manovra te notereve per te abuzuar me sherbimet dhe per te marre me shume para, un i parapriva paraprakisht duke ia shkruajtur NE LETER, NE MESAZH dhe duke ia rikujtuar edhe NE BISEDE TELEFONIKE, qe me duhej VETEM PERKTHIM DHE NOTERIZIM. Pergjigja e saj ishte ‘duhet te na thoje’ Kushdo qe e lexon kete review, e di vete nese duhet te frekuentoje ose jo sherbimin e kesaj zyre :)
