Ich hatte über Instagram einen Termin vereinbart, Fotos von meinen aktuellen Haaren und von meinem Wunschergebnis geschickt. Sie sagte sie kann das und Termin steht fest. Als ich zum Termin erschien, wusste sie nichts mehr davon und auch bei meinen Haaren wirkte sie leider absolut hilflos. Eher enttäuschend.
