It offers a spectacular city view with delicious coffees in the menu. Compared to the coffee shops around, the prices are higher, but worth trying m. Also, the waiters and waitresses are helpful and friendly. I recommend you guys visit this place at least to see the view.

A bar-café located on the 23rd floor with a view of Tirana. It’s a very pleasant place with delicious coffee. The space is quite large and looks great. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The prices aren’t too high. It’s definitely worth a visit.
