The ranking is computed automatically from Profi's data: 13 public real estate agencies in Tirana with a total of 555 published reviews, computed on October 25, 2026. Businesses with reviews written on Profi rank first — ahead of any business that only has Google reviews, however many — because Google's reviews are not ours and we treat them as provisional until a business earns its own. Within each group, the average is weighted by the number of reviews behind it (the Bayesian formula known from IMDb's ranking): a business with 5★ from a single review ranks below one with 4.7★ from hundreds. The floor of 3 reviews to enter the ranking applies to Google reviews; a review written on Profi comes from an account we know, so it needs no floor. Nobody pays to be ranked, and suspended or deleted businesses do not appear. The ranking is recomputed every time the page is opened.
Note on reading: the ranking measures customer satisfaction, not the legal accuracy of a transaction—Profi does not verify licenses, contracts, or ownership. What should an intermediation contract contain?

Without this document do not visit properties—the usual disagreement in Tirana is a commission demanded for a property that was «shown» with no written agreement.
