If you want a difficult color or event hair, the first; if you want someone who has known your hair for years, the second.

We do not publish prices: they vary by area, hair length, color brand, and whether the owner or an assistant does it. Ask for the price list before you sit and ask exactly what's included — wash, post-color treatment, and drying are often billed as separate items. A salon with no written price list will tell you the amount at the end, and then it's too late to compare.
Look at the salon's profile for the stated services list and read reviews that mention that specific service — a salon excellent for color might have eyebrows as a side service. Ask who does it (esthetician or stylist), what technique (lamination, tint, extension), and how long, before you book. If the answer is 'we do everything,' ask for a name.
Near where you are at the time of the appointment. Tirana traffic turns distance into unpredictable time and missed appointments are the first reason customers change salons. If you work downtown and live in Astir, Kombinat, or Fresk, a salon near work that takes you after hours is more reliable than an excellent one you can never reach.
